Cecilia joined the Choir seven years ago to reconnect with her music background. She graduated with an undergraduate degree from Trenton State College majoring in instrumental music. Throughout college Cecilia sang with several vocal ensembles. She participated as a member of a small vocal ensemble given permission to perform in communist Romania in an Ambassador for Friendship tour.
Since coming to the Choir, Cecilia has participated at Carnegie Hall in the 2019 performance of the Schumann Requiem. She believes that singing cleanses one’s spirit.
When not singing, Cecilia enjoys pickleball, golf, walking, conversations with good friends, and foreign films. She loves her Phillies and Eagles. She currently lives in Ewing with her two cats, Blue and Peanut.
